Gina Lewandowski is a former professional soccer player spanning over 15 years, playing overseas in Germany (1. Growing up I did not have the resources many young athletes have today. Mentorship was not at my disposal to help me navigate my own athletic journey and
I know how difficult it can feel not knowing what to do, where to start, who to trust, etc.
Now more than ever I have seen the struggles athletes are facing, as sports have become much more competitive. The pressures and expectations to perform come not only from the outside but the inside as well.
Consistently bringing your best each day can weigh a lot on you - trust me, I know!
As a former professional soccer player, I have experienced those same challenges and have had to find ways on my own to be that consistent player, gain that edge and compete daily at a high level. I have come to truly understand that we are holistic beings and when we address our entire being, mind-body-spirit, only then can we bring out the healthiest, happiest version of ourselves.
Now, a fulltime licensed coach post playing career, I am extremely passionate about empowering you to own your development as well as share my own tricks and tools to help you navigate your own athletic journey and set you up for a mentality for life.
